What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of a home's condition, performed by a licensed and trained inspector. The inspector will thoroughly examine the interior and exterior of the property, including the structure, roof, electrical and plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems, appliances, and any other relevant components.

The purpose of the home inspection is to identify any potential problems or issues with the property so that the buyer can make an informed decision about purchasing the home, or the seller can make necessary repairs. The inspector will provide a detailed report of their findings, including photos, recommendations, and estimated costs of repairs, if necessary.
