KIP ROBINSON
Hi! I'm Kip Robinson, Owner of Spartan Home Inspections. As a former construction superintendent and project manager, I had the opportunity to build and supervise many exciting projects throughout Southern California and Arizona. Our company specialized in shopping center remodels, ground up construction, custom homes, restaurants and retail stores. Starting in the construction industry when I was only 16 years old, I had the opportunity to be immersed in every aspect of building construction. At that age of 16, I built my first retail store "Lids" in Southern California’s premier shopping center, The Irvine Spectrum Center.
Our company had the opportunity to build out several high-end and intense projects such as the first Microsoft Store in Southern California and custom homes in Huntington Beach. I also had the opportunity to bid all of our company’s demolition projects. Through this experience, I have seen homes and commercial buildings in every state of construction or deconstruction imaginable.
I also had the wonderful opportunity to work as a volunteer and reserve firefighter-EMT in Riverside and San Diego Counties in California for 6 years. This exciting and challenging background as a Firefighter EMT provided me with an extensive knowledge of fire and life safety dangers that many home inspectors do not have. I have taken my years of experience and directly applied them to my company "Spartan Home Inspections" to provide my clients with the most detailed and comprehensive inspections possible. I consistently receive feedback from my clients and real estate professionals that my inspection reports are the most detailed they have seen. I absolutely have a passion for what I do and feel it shows in my work.

Outside of work, I am a true adventurer at heart. I absolutely love spending time with my family and enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer. Being a father to my four children is my greatest joy in life and I am blessed with such an awesome and supportive wife. We enjoy exploring the backcountry on our dirtbikes and side by side, snowboarding, exploring caves, abandoned mines, ghost towns, camping, kayaking, and hunting. We feel so blessed to live in the awesome state of Idaho and try to never take for granted everything this beautiful place has to offer.
